Edit herbs to lower cholesterol?
I just have doen the blood work and everything was good except. (ldl my) cholesterol is bad. 170. Doctors need to around 130. Anyone have luck with herbs such as changes Omega. 3 or red yeast rice, etc. I have changed my eating food, reduce fat and fiber content. more.
So far I have heard and my mother is a flax seed oil in the form of the drug are All Natural. Flax seeds are very useful for other health problems, but also very beneficial. To reduce your cholesterol. Do not use drugs too much garlic or garlic is added to reduce it because too much garlic can be a blood thinner, so you better not! Good luck!
